The inquiry, handled as a conversation
A website form should not become a lost email. In Booksui an inquiry lands as a thread: the client’s answers preserved, their event beside the reply box, replies coming back to the same place, and private team notes that never leave the studio.
One thread from the first form to the last email
When someone fills in your inquiry form, Booksui creates the contact, the inquiry and a conversation in the same moment. Your reply goes out under your studio’s name with a Reply-To that points back at this conversation, so when the couple answers from their phone a week later, the answer lands here — not in a personal Gmail, not in a new thread. Texts and Instagram messages join the same client’s record.
The event, beside the composer
Date, venue, guest count, the budget they stated, whether anything else is on your books that day, and what is still unknown — all read from the inquiry itself and shown while you write. Unknown is shown as unknown; an unchecked calendar is never shown as available.
Private notes that cannot leak
A note to your team is a separate mode with its own draft, its own colour and its own button. Switching back to Reply never carries the note’s text into the email. Notes are excluded from the client portal, from exports, and from anything the AI drafts.
A first reply, drafted — never sent
One click writes a first reply from what the studio actually knows: the event, what is booked that day, your packages and price list, and what the couple has not told you yet. It is shown as “Suggested draft — not sent”, it never promises a date or a hold, never invents a package, and your edits are never overwritten.
Delivery you can see
Every sent email shows its state on the thread — sent, delivered, bounced with the reason — reported by the mail provider, not assumed. A failed send keeps your text where it was. A second click after a lost connection cannot send twice.
How it works
- 1Put the Booksui inquiry form on your site (or point your existing form at it).
- 2Open the conversation from the Inbox; the event is beside the composer.
- 3Reply, or click Draft reply and edit. Send once.
- 4Their answer comes back to the same thread and reopens it if you had resolved it.
Questions
- Do client replies really come back into Booksui?
- Yes. Each conversation has its own reply address; the email you send carries it as Reply-To, so the client’s reply is filed on that conversation by the address itself, not by guessing from the subject.
- Can my team see my private notes?
- Your studio’s members can; the client never can. Notes are a separate mode in the composer, excluded from the portal, exports and AI drafts.
- Does the AI send anything on its own?
- No. It writes a draft you read and edit. It is told what it may not claim — availability it cannot see, holds, prices or inclusions not on your price list.
- What about texts and Instagram?
- SMS and WhatsApp through Twilio, and Instagram and Facebook messages through Meta, arrive in the same inbox on the client’s record.
