Packing checklists
Never leave the cage at home again
The thing that ruins an event day is often a cable. Booksui keeps your kit as a labeled list, pairs it with a job, and gives you a checklist to tick on the day: packed, then loaded.
Your kit, labeled once
List your cameras, lenses, fixtures, speakers, cases or rental pieces in Settings, labeled the way you pack them.
Paired with the job
Add the pieces a job needs and the event day page shows the list.
Packed, then loaded
Tick each piece packed in the studio and loaded at the venue; the ticks stay when you reload or hand the phone to an assistant.
How it works
- 1Add your kit in Settings → Equipment.
- 2Add the pieces to the job.
- 3Tick them packed and loaded on the day.
Questions
- Does it track stock across jobs?
- No. It is a packing list per job, not an inventory of how many of each piece are out on a date.
- Is it on Starter?
- Yes.
On every plan
- Import from HoneyBook, Studio Ninja, Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof or CSV
- Works for photographers, videographers, DJs and planners
