Chair schedule

The wedding morning, worked back from ready-by

A bridal morning goes wrong at the end, but it is planned at the start: how many people, what each wants, how many artists, and when the first one sits. Booksui works the schedule back from the time everyone must be ready, which it reads from the day’s timeline, and puts the start time back onto it for the photographer and the planner.

Ready-by from the timeline

The time everyone must be ready comes from the job’s timeline: the first look if there is one, else the ceremony. Change the timeline and the schedule moves with it.

Everyone in the chair, from the couple’s answers

The bridal party questionnaire asks who is getting hair, makeup or both, and those people fill the schedule. Anyone not in the chair is kept off it.

Artists and the start time

Set how many artists are working and the schedule shows the start time and each person’s slot. Put the start on the timeline in one click so every vendor sees when the morning begins.

The invoice by head

Set the price per person and draft the invoice from the people in the schedule, so the bill matches the chair.

How it works

  1. 1Send the bridal party questionnaire.
  2. 2Set the artists and the price per person on the job.
  3. 3Put the start on the timeline and draft the invoice.

Questions

What if the ceremony time changes?
The schedule reads the ready-by time from the timeline, so a new ceremony time moves the whole morning.
Do other vendors see the start time?
Yes, once you put it on the timeline; the timeline is the one schedule everyone working the day reads.
Is it on Starter?
Yes.
