What happens after you send

• A person reads it, not a queue. You get a reply from a real address within one business day, and the thread stays open until the thing is actually sorted.
• If you are already on Booksui, say which studio and what you were doing. A page name or a screenshot saves a round trip.
• Plan and billing questions go to the same inbox. Nobody will try to sell you a bigger plan; every price and limit is on the pricing page.
• Found a security problem? Email hi@booksui.com with the steps to reproduce it; the contact details are also published at /.well-known/security.txt. We answer those first.
• If something looks down, the status page shows what our own checks see every ten minutes, before you write. Open status.
