For wedding florists

From the consultation to the strike

A florist’s wedding is a design, a count and a delivery window. Booksui’s florist pipeline runs inquiry → consultation → design proposal → booked → design & sourcing → final numbers → install day → strike & returns, with the pieces, their recipes and the guest count on the job.

The pipeline you get on day one

These are the phases the product installs for your trade, with the first items of each checklist. Rename, reorder or edit them; nothing sends on its own.

  1. 1

    Inquiry

Reply within four hours with your availability for the date · Ask for the venue, the guest count and the color palette · Ask for three or four images they love, and one they do not

  2. 2

    Consultation

Walk through the ceremony, the reception and the personals in turn · Note the flowers they love, the ones they dislike, and any allergies · Confirm what the venue provides and what it does not allow (open flame, petals, fixings)

  3. 3

    Design proposal

Send the proposal with a mood board and a line for every piece · Price personals, ceremony, reception and installations separately · State the delivery, install and strike fees

  4. 4

    Booked

Countersign and confirm the retainer has cleared · Send the venue your certificate of insurance · Confirm load-in time, access and parking with the venue

  5. 5

    Design & sourcing

Write the recipe for every piece: stems, quantities, vessels · Build a mock-up of the centerpiece and send a photo for approval · Order flowers from the wholesaler with the delivery date

  6. 6

    Final numbers

Confirm final table count, bridal party and buttonholes · Confirm the install time, strike time and the ceremony flip · Collect the balance before the flowers are ordered

  7. 7

    Install day

Process the flowers two days out and build the pieces · Load the van against the install plan · Deliver personals to the bridal suite on time

  8. 8

    Strike & returns

Strike at the agreed time and leave the room as you found it · Collect every rented vessel, arch and plinth · Count rentals back in and note anything missing or damaged

  9. 9

    Follow-up

Confirm the client has everything they were promised · Ask for a review while the experience is still fresh · Request permission to share photos of the flowers publicly

The proposal is the design

Personals, ceremony, tables and installs as line items with their own prices; optional upgrades the couple can tick, and a contract that follows the proposal they accepted.

Recipes and the order on the job

Each piece carries its stems and its price. Change the guest count and the tables, the stem order, your cost and the price are counted again, so final numbers are one edit, not a spreadsheet.

Final numbers, asked for on time

The final-numbers phase sends the couple the pieces-and-counts questionnaire and keeps their answers on the job, with the deadline your contract names.

Install and strike, in writing

Access times, load-in, who strikes and when, and what comes back: asked for in the install and strike questionnaire, and on the day’s timeline every other vendor reads.

Rentals and the deposit

A floral agreement with a rentals addendum for vases and arches; the deposit written into it and recorded when it arrives.

The planner and the venue on one record

Attach the planner, venue and caterer to the job with their contacts, so the install time and the table count come from one place.

Questions

Can I price by the piece?
Yes. Every piece is a line item with its own price, and optional pieces are ticked by the couple on the proposal.
Does the order change when the guest count does?
Yes. The floral plan on the job counts the tables, the stems, your cost and the price again from the new guest count.
Is there a trial?
Yes: 14 days on any plan, card on file, nothing charged until it ends.
