Get paid into your own account

Booksui connects to your Stripe. Deposits, balances, print orders and tips are paid to you directly and never held by the platform. Invoices know which job they belong to, reminders know when to stop, and reports know what was actually paid.

Retainer at signing, balance on schedule

The retainer is collected on the contract page. The balance can be one invoice or a payment plan — three instalments before the wedding, say — each with its own due date and its own reminder.

Reminders that know when to stop

An overdue reminder is sent because a payment is missing, and stops the moment it is not. Late fees, if you use them, follow the rate you set. Nothing chases a client who has already paid.

Your Stripe, your money

Payouts follow Stripe’s schedule to your bank. Booksui never holds a balance. Refunds, disputes and receipts are yours to manage in Stripe with Booksui recording the outcome on the job.

Reports from real payments

Collected this month, outstanding and aged receivables, revenue by session type and by month — read from the payments themselves. Expenses can be logged against jobs, and the books sync to accounting tools.

Honest limits

Starter: 10 invoices at a time; unlimited on Pro and above. Card payments need your own Stripe account; Stripe charges its fee and Booksui adds a platform fee on each client payment.
