Is there really a free plan?
Free forever with unlimited contacts, 3 galleries, and 1 booking page. No credit card and no trial timer. It also covers 10 active inquiries and 10 bookings a month — upgrade when you pass that, or when you want more storage, automation, or team seats.
Can I import from Honeybook, Dubsado, or Pixieset?
Yes. Drop a CSV and we match columns to your contacts, deals, and projects. Duplicate detection flags the overlap so you don’t end up with "Smith Wedding" in there twice.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. One-click export everything — contacts, invoices, galleries as CSVs plus file archives. Schedule a full account deletion from settings; we honor it on the date you pick.
Does the client portal need a login?
No. Every client gets a private, unguessable link to their stuff — gallery, invoice, contract, questionnaire. No passwords to forget. You can add password protection on sensitive galleries if you want.
How does payment work — do I need Stripe?
Yes, bring your own Stripe account (it’s free). Payments flow directly to you; we never touch the money. Deposits, payment plans (30/70, milestones), and final balances all supported. Late fees, auto-reminders, and reconciled invoices included.
What if I need to switch plans later?
Instantly. Upgrade or downgrade any time — we prorate. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No re-onboarding, no "platinum success manager" call.
Can I run multiple brands from one account?
Yes, on Studio and Agency. Each brand gets its own logo, colors, fonts, and email sender. Clients only ever see the brand you assign them to.
Is there an app, or is this web only?
Web-first, mobile-optimized. Everything works on your phone — log a trip from the car, check an inquiry during coffee. A native app is on the roadmap; ask us if that’s a dealbreaker.
