For bridal hair & makeup artists

The trial, the chair schedule, the wedding morning

A bridal morning is a schedule worked back from the time everyone must be ready. Booksui’s hair and makeup pipeline runs inquiry → proposal → booked → hair and makeup trial → chair schedule → wedding morning, with the bridal party, their services and the ready-by time on the booking.

The pipeline you get on day one

These are the phases the product installs for your trade, with the first items of each checklist. Rename, reorder or edit them; nothing sends on its own.

Priced by the face

Bride, bridal party, flower girls and touch-up cover as line items, with the early start and travel priced on their own.

The chair schedule, worked back

Who sits when and with how many artists, worked back from the time everyone must be ready, which comes from the day’s timeline. The start time goes on the timeline for the photographer and the planner, and the invoice is drafted by head.

The bridal party and their services

The bridal party questionnaire asks who is in the chair and what each person wants, and the answers fill the chair schedule.

Trial notes kept

Products, shades and what the bride liked go on the booking after the trial, so the wedding morning starts from them.

Terms for the bridal party

A bridal hair and makeup agreement with bridal party terms; the deposit written into it and recorded when it arrives.

Allergies asked before the day

The agreement and the questionnaire ask about skin, allergies and sensitivities for everyone in the chair before the wedding morning.
