Before a wedding every trade needs answers: the songs that must not play, who gives the toasts, the vendor list, the family groupings. Booksui installs the questionnaires for the trade you pick, sends each one as a private link, and keeps the answers on the job.

Installed for your trade

A DJ gets the Music Planning Questionnaire — announcements and pronunciations, ceremony audio, entrances, formal dances, must-plays and do-not-plays — and a post-event review. A videographer gets the Film Day Questionnaire and a film review form. A planner gets event-planning, vendor-list and rehearsal questionnaires, with forms for corporate events, galas and milestone celebrations. A photographer gets the pre-wedding questionnaire and the wedding shot list, with prep forms for portraits, newborns and families.

Three wedding-day timeline presets — ceremony first, first look, and church then reception — are installed for every wedding trade as questionnaires: the suggested times are filled in, and the couple answers with their real ones.

The client opens a private link, with no account to create, and sees how much is answered as they go. The answers stay on the job, where everyone on your team can read them.
