Scheduling

Your calendar, and a page where clients book it

Sessions, consults and jobs on one calendar, synced both ways with Google Calendar so a hold made on your phone shows up in Booksui. Session types set duration, buffer and price; a public booking page lets clients choose a slot and pay the deposit that holds it.

Two-way Google Calendar sync

Connect Google Calendar and changes flow both ways: a job booked in Booksui appears in Google; a personal block in Google removes the slot in Booksui. The inbox shows when the connected calendar last synced, so “nothing else booked” is never overstated.

Session types with buffers

A mini-session is 20 minutes with a 10-minute buffer; a consult is 30; a wedding is a day. Each type sets duration, buffer, location and price, and appears on the booking page only if you make it public.

A booking page clients can use

Your studio has a public page at booksui.com/book/your-studio listing the session types you choose. A client picks a time, pays the deposit, and the session is on your calendar with the client record created.

Availability that says what it knows

The conversation panel shows whether anything else is on the books for the event date and whether an external calendar is connected. A date is never called “available” by the app; a person confirms it.

How it works

  1. 1Connect Google Calendar in Settings.
  2. 2Create session types with duration, buffer and price.
  3. 3Share your booking page or embed it on your site.
  4. 4Bookings arrive with the deposit paid and the client created.

Honest limits

  • Starter: 1 booking page and 10 bookings a month. Pro: 5 booking pages, unlimited bookings. Studio: unlimited booking pages.

Questions

Does the calendar sync both ways with Google?
Yes. Bookings created in Booksui appear in Google Calendar, and events added in Google block the time in Booksui.
Can clients book without talking to me?
For the session types you make public, yes — they pick a slot on your booking page and pay the deposit. Weddings usually stay inquiry-first.
Can I set a buffer between sessions?
Yes, per session type.
Will the app tell a client I am available?
No. It shows you what is booked and when the calendar last synced; you decide what to say.
