Automations & AI

The process carries you. Nothing sends itself.

Pick your trade and the pipeline arrives with phases, checklists and a suggested message for each step. Email sequences exist but ship switched off. AI writes first replies, reviews contracts and indexes galleries — as drafts and notes, never as messages to your clients.

Phases written for the trade

A wedding photographer’s job moves through inquiry, proposal, booked, planning, shoot, culling, editing, delivery and album. Entering a phase adds its checklist to the job and offers the client message for that moment. A videographer, DJ or coordinator gets phases that read like their work.

Sequences that stop when they should

Follow-up sequences are opt-in per studio and per sequence. A client reply pauses their sequence; a booking cancels it; a bounce ends it. Nothing chases someone who has already answered.

AI as a drafter, not a sender

A first reply is drafted from your calendar and price list and labelled “Suggested draft — not sent”. It may not claim a date is available, offer a hold, or name a price that is not on your sheet, and it treats the client’s text as data, not instructions. Contract review produces notes. Gallery search indexes photos. Each is optional.

Automations you can read

Every automation is visible on the job it touched, with what it did and when. If a sequence emailed someone, the email is on their conversation. There is no hidden queue.

How it works

  1. 1Choose your trade; the pipeline installs with phases and checklists.
  2. 2Switch on the phase messages and sequences you want. They ship off.
  3. 3Use Draft reply when an inquiry arrives; edit; send.
  4. 4Read what ran on each job’s timeline.

Honest limits

  • Automations: 2 on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Studio. AI actions: 10 a month on Starter, 100 on Pro, 500 on Studio, unlimited on Agency.

Questions

Will Booksui email my clients without me?
Only sequences you switched on, and those pause on reply and cancel on booking. AI never sends.
What stops the AI from promising something wrong?
It is given only verified facts — your calendar, your price list, the inquiry — and explicit rules against claiming availability, holds, prices or inclusions it was not given. You read every draft before it goes.
Can I change the phases?
Yes: rename, reorder, edit checklists and messages per trade.
Is AI required?
No. Every AI feature is optional and the product works fully without it.
