Client galleries

Deliver from the job, not from another product

The gallery is the last step of the same record that started with the inquiry. Clients proof, favourite and download; you sell prints and albums from your price sheet into your own Stripe; and every past delivery is on the client’s page next to their contract.

Proofing and favorites

Clients mark favorites, leave comments and download at the sizes you allow. Proofing galleries for album selection work the same way, with the selection sent back to you as a list.

Prints and albums, priced once

Print sizes, albums and products live on your price sheet. A gallery carries offers from it; orders are paid into your Stripe and appear on the job. Fulfilment is yours, with your preferred lab.

Search by what is in the photo

Optional AI indexing lets a client — or you — search a gallery for “first dance” or “the flower girl” and find the frames. It runs on your gallery only, and can be switched off.

Delivery that stays with the client

Every gallery is on the client’s record with its contract, invoice and conversation. Past galleries from Pixieset, Pic-Time or ShootProof import as links, so the client’s history is complete even before you deliver from Booksui.

Honest limits

Galleries: 3 on Starter, 25 on Pro, unlimited on Studio and Agency. A gallery counts while it is active; archiving a delivered one frees the slot and keeps the client link working.
Storage: 25 GB on Starter, 100 GB on Pro, 500 GB on Studio, 2 TB on Agency.
