Booksui Network is a private professional network inside Booksui where studios in every trade can find available local crew: second shooters, videographers for a second camera, DJs to cover a date, assistant coordinators: send a paid Crew Call, compare trust signals, and book them without starting from a cold social-media post.
How fast will I find someone to cover a date?+
Match volume depends on your date, location, rate, and the active professionals nearby. Crew Call is designed to replace scattered posts and DMs with one clear request sent to relevant, available people.
How do I know who to trust?+
Every member has a grade for each role, from Newcomer to Rising, Proven and Trusted, earned from proof Booksui checks itself: their own website, and jobs studios confirm after the date. Three jobs in a role confirmed by two different studios make someone Proven in that role. A grade decides who hears about a Crew Call first; it never stops anyone joining or answering, and it cannot be bought. Every Crew Call states its fee, and the fee is never zero.
Does Booksui process payment for a Crew Call?+
Not today. Booksui records the accepted date, role, rate, scope, and booking confirmation, then unlocks direct contact details. The studio and professional arrange payment directly or use another Booksui invoice workflow.

Can I join just to pick up crew work, like second shooting, a second camera or a DJ cover?+
Yes. Create a free Booksui account, complete your Network profile and availability, and opt into discovery. Nothing has to be verified first: Crew Calls for your role in your city or region reach you as soon as your card is shown. You can use the rest of Booksui when you are ready, but the Network can be your starting point.
Does it cost anything to join, and do you take a cut of my rate?+
No to both. Creating a profile, appearing in Crew Calls and answering them is free, with no card required, and you agree your fee directly with the studio and keep all of it.
Is my profile visible to everyone on the internet?+
No. Network discovery happens inside Booksui. You decide whether your professional profile is discoverable, and private contact details are only shared with the people who need them during a confirmed Crew Call.
Will studios be able to cold-contact me?+
No. Studios reach you through a Crew Call that matches your roles, your city or region, and the dates you are taking work, and you can ignore it. Your contact details are not handed out until you accept a job.
