What your tools cost a year, against Booksui
Every price is read from the vendor’s own pricing page, with the date we read it. Card-processing fees, add-ons and taxes are left out on both sides.
How the move goes
- 1Start free — no card. Pick your trade and the pipeline, templates and checklists install themselves.
- 2Export from your old tool: contacts and projects from HoneyBook; contacts, leads, jobs and the payments export from Studio Ninja; the clients CSV and any gallery ZIPs from Pixieset; a contacts CSV from anything else.
- 3Settings → Import. Upload, check the preview, confirm.
- 4Point your website inquiry form at Booksui and run your next job here. Keep the old tool until that job is done.
- 5Before you cancel, download what your path above lists as staying behind. Contacts you import again are skipped if they are already on file.

Questions
- Do my HoneyBook invoices come across?
- No. The HoneyBook import brings contacts, and projects as jobs with their status, date and location. Download the invoices and signed contracts you need to keep before you cancel HoneyBook.
- Can I keep Pixieset while I move?
- Yes. Import your clients and only the galleries you want to move; the rest stay on Pixieset for as long as you keep it. New deliveries are built in Booksui from the day you switch.
- What if I import the same file twice?
- Contacts already on file are skipped on every import path, and the HoneyBook path also skips jobs whose title is already on file — so a fresh HoneyBook export the week you cancel brings across only what is new. Studio Ninja jobs and attachments are not checked for repeats, so import those once.
- How much does Booksui cost?
- Starter is free with no card. Pro is $29/mo or $290/year; Studio is $59/mo or $590/year; Agency is $99/mo or $990/year.
- Is there a guarantee?
- If Booksui is not working for you in your first 30 days on a paid plan, reply to any email from us and we refund that month — no form, no call, and your data exports with you.
