Booksui
Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of Booksui, including accounts, billing, acceptable use, data ownership, and cancellation.
Last updated: September 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Booksui ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Booksui is a client relationship management platform designed for creative professionals. The Service includes contact management, project tracking, invoicing, proposals, contracts, scheduling, client galleries, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Booksui, including client information, images, documents, and other content. We do not claim ownership over your data.
7. AI-Assisted Features
Some features are described in the product as AI-assisted: the studio assistant, business research, lead scoring and drafting help. When you use one, the text involved is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. Your client photographs are never sent, and your data is not used to train their models.
These features produce drafts, not advice. Output can be wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing anything it generates before you send it to a client, sign it, or rely on it — particularly in contracts, quotes and correspondence. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your confirmation.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
Booksui is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
