How much does Booksui cost?
Starter is free with no card; Pro is $29/mo, Studio is $59/mo and Agency is $99/mo, or $290/year, $590/year and $990/year billed yearly.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Starter is free, needs no card and does not expire.
How many galleries are on the free plan?
The free Starter plan includes 3 active client galleries and 25 GB of storage.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Nothing you already made is touched: your galleries, clients, contracts and invoices stay exactly as they are and stay open to your clients.
Can clients pay invoices online?
Yes — every invoice has a pay page where the client pays by card, and the money goes into your own Stripe account, never through Booksui.
Does Booksui have contracts with e-signature?
Yes — a proposal built from your packages becomes a contract with the client’s details filled in; they sign on their phone, the deposit is requested on the same page, and the signed PDF lands on the job.
Can clients book sessions from my website?
Yes — your studio gets a public booking page listing the session types you make public; a client picks a time, pays the deposit into your Stripe, and the session appears on your calendar with the client record created.
Does Booksui send automatic payment reminders?
Yes — an overdue invoice gets a reminder because a payment is missing, and the reminders stop the moment it is not.
Can I import from Studio Ninja?
Yes — the import wizard has a Studio Ninja path: export clients, jobs and invoices from Studio Ninja, upload the files, review the mapping, and the jobs arrive in Booksui with their status and dates.
Does Booksui work for DJs?
Yes — pick DJ as your trade and the pipeline runs inquiry, consultation, proposal, booked, music planning, final details and event day, with the planning meeting as a real phase and the couple’s must-plays and do-not-plays kept on the job.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — under Settings → Branding you add a subdomain such as gallery.yourstudio.com, point it at Booksui with one CNAME record, and verify it; from then on your galleries and booking pages open on your address.
What is the Booksui guarantee?
If Booksui is not working for you in your first 30 days on a paid plan, reply to any email from us and we refund that month — no form, no call, and your data exports with you.
