Can clients book sessions from my website?

Yes — your studio gets a public booking page listing the session types you make public; a client picks a time, pays the deposit into your Stripe, and the session appears on your calendar with the client record created. Link to it from your site or embed it.

How it works

  • Each session type sets duration, buffer, location and price — a mini-session with a short buffer, a consult, a full day.
  • Connect Google Calendar and the sync runs both ways: a booking made here appears in Google, and a personal block in Google removes the slot here.
  • Weddings usually stay inquiry-first: the inquiry form on your site creates the conversation, and the booking page is for the sessions you want booked without a call.

Honest limits

  • Starter includes 1 booking page and 10 bookings a month; Pro has 5 booking pages with unlimited bookings; Studio has unlimited.
  • The app never tells a client a date is available on the wedding inquiry side — it shows you what is booked and you confirm.

Steps

  1. 1Create session types with duration, buffer and price.
  2. 2Mark the ones clients may book as public.
  3. 3Share the booking page link or embed it on your site.

Can clients pay invoices online?
Yes — every invoice has a pay page where the client pays by card, and the money goes into your own Stripe account, never through Booksui. Deposits, balances and payment plans all use the same page, and a payment marks the invoice paid on the job.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Starter is free, needs no card and does not expire. It has the same inbox, contracts, invoices, booking page and galleries as the paid plans, with caps on how many.
How much does Booksui cost?
Starter is free with no card; Pro is $29/mo, Studio is $59/mo and Agency is $99/mo, or $290/year, $590/year and $990/year billed yearly. Pro and Studio start with a 14-day free trial, and client payments go into your own Stripe account.
