Acceptable use
The few things Booksui may not be used for.
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Booksui sends email and hosts pages in your studio’s name. These rules keep that email delivered and those pages trusted for every studio using it. They are part of the Terms of Service.
- Email people who have asked to hear from you: your inquiries, clients, past clients and vendors you work with. Do not import a bought or scraped list.
- Honor unsubscribes. Booksui adds an unsubscribe link to marketing email and stops sending to anyone who uses it or whose address bounces or complains.
- Do not use Booksui to send email that pretends to come from someone else.
Content
- Upload only photos, video and files you have the right to share, and share them only with the people they are for.
- Do not host or send content that is unlawful, that sexualizes minors, or that harasses or threatens anyone.
- Do not use Booksui’s pages to collect passwords, card numbers or other details under false pretenses.
The service
- Do not try to reach another studio’s data, probe for weaknesses, or overload the service. If you find a security problem, tell us at hi@booksui.com; see Security.
- Do not resell access to Booksui or run it for studios that are not yours without a plan that allows it.
What happens if these are broken
We will tell you what we found and, where we can, give you a chance to fix it. Where email or content puts other studios or people at risk, we may pause sending or the affected pages straight away, and close an account that keeps breaking these rules.
