How it works
- Sign up with an email address; there is no card step and no countdown. Pick your trade and the pipeline for it is installed.
- Connect your own Stripe account and client payments go to you from the first invoice.
- When you reach a cap, the workspace shows the upgrade; nothing you made is removed.
Honest limits
- 3 galleries, 1 booking page, 10 active inquiries and 10 bookings a month.
- 5 proposals, 5 contracts and 10 invoices.
- 25 GB of storage, 2 file transfers and 50 marketing emails a month, 10 AI actions a month, 2 automations, 1 team member.
- Contacts are unlimited on every plan — your client list is never held for ransom.
Steps
- 1Sign up — no card.
- 2Choose your trade; connect Stripe from Settings.
- 3Put the inquiry form on your site or send your first proposal.
Related questions
- How many galleries are on the free plan?
- The free Starter plan includes 3 active client galleries and 25 GB of storage. Pro raises that to 25 galleries and 100 GB; on Studio and Agency galleries are unlimited.
- What happens when I hit the free limit?
- Nothing you already made is touched: your galleries, clients, contracts and invoices stay exactly as they are and stay open to your clients. When you try to create one more than Starter allows, Booksui stops there and shows the upgrade; upgrading lifts the cap immediately.
- How much does Booksui cost?
- Starter is free with no card; Pro is $29/mo, Studio is $59/mo and Agency is $99/mo, or $290/year, $590/year and $990/year billed yearly. Pro and Studio start with a 14-day free trial, and client payments go into your own Stripe account.
