What happens when I hit the free limit?

Nothing you already made is touched: your galleries, clients, contracts and invoices stay exactly as they are and stay open to your clients. When you try to create one more than Starter allows, Booksui stops there and shows the upgrade; upgrading lifts the cap immediately.

How it works

  • Caps are counted, not timed. A gallery cap counts active galleries; a booking cap counts this month; paperwork caps count what exists.
  • Archiving a finished gallery, or cancelling a dead inquiry, frees a slot without upgrading.
  • Upgrading from Settings takes effect on the spot, and the 14-day trial on Pro and Studio means nothing is charged for those first days.

Honest limits

  • Today the product refuses the extra item rather than holding it for you; we are working toward capturing it and releasing it on upgrade.
  • The free caps: 3 galleries, 1 booking page, 10 active inquiries, 10 bookings a month, 5 proposals, 5 contracts, 10 invoices.

Steps

  1. 1Archive or cancel what is finished to free a slot.
  2. 2Open Settings → Billing and pick Pro or Studio.
  3. 3Carry on; the item that was blocked can be created straight away.

Related questions

Is there a free plan?
Yes — Starter is free, needs no card and does not expire. It has the same inbox, contracts, invoices, booking page and galleries as the paid plans, with caps on how many.
How many galleries are on the free plan?
The free Starter plan includes 3 active client galleries and 25 GB of storage. Pro raises that to 25 galleries and 100 GB; on Studio and Agency galleries are unlimited.
What is the Booksui guarantee?
If Booksui is not working for you in your first 30 days on a paid plan, reply to any email from us and we refund that month — no form, no call, and your data exports with you. It is the same sentence on the pricing page, at checkout, in the terms and on the receipt.
