How it works
- Reply to any email from Booksui within your first thirty days on a paid plan and say it is not working; a person reads it and the month is returned in Stripe. No form, no call.
- Cancellation is self-serve from Settings → Billing at any time, and the account export gives you your clients, jobs and paperwork.
- Because contacts are unlimited on every plan, dropping back to Starter never locks you out of your client list.
Honest limits
- It covers your first month on a paid plan, once. It does not cover client payments, which are between you and your client in your own Stripe account.
- It is claimed by replying, so it depends on a person reading the reply. The founder does.
Steps
- 1Start a paid plan; the trial runs first.
- 2If it is not working in the first thirty days, reply to any Booksui email.
- 3Keep your export either way.
Related questions
- How much does Booksui cost?
- Starter is free with no card; Pro is $29/mo, Studio is $59/mo and Agency is $99/mo, or $290/year, $590/year and $990/year billed yearly. Pro and Studio start with a 14-day free trial, and client payments go into your own Stripe account.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes — Starter is free, needs no card and does not expire. It has the same inbox, contracts, invoices, booking page and galleries as the paid plans, with caps on how many.
- What happens when I hit the free limit?
- Nothing you already made is touched: your galleries, clients, contracts and invoices stay exactly as they are and stay open to your clients. When you try to create one more than Starter allows, Booksui stops there and shows the upgrade; upgrading lifts the cap immediately.
