How it works
- A gallery counts while it is active. Archiving a delivered gallery frees its slot; the photos stay and the client link keeps working.
- Each gallery carries proofing, favorites, downloads at the sizes you allow, and print and album offers from your price sheet paid into your Stripe.
- Storage is the other cap: it is the total of the originals you upload across galleries and file transfers.
Honest limits
- Starter: 3 galleries, 25 GB. Pro: 25 galleries, 100 GB. Studio: unlimited galleries, 500 GB. Agency: unlimited galleries, 2 TB.
- A wedding delivery is often over a thousand originals, so the free storage holds roughly one full wedding at a time.
Steps
- 1Deliver your first gallery on Starter.
- 2Archive galleries as clients finish downloading.
- 3Move to Pro when the slots or the storage bind.
Related questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes — Starter is free, needs no card and does not expire. It has the same inbox, contracts, invoices, booking page and galleries as the paid plans, with caps on how many.
- What happens when I hit the free limit?
- Nothing you already made is touched: your galleries, clients, contracts and invoices stay exactly as they are and stay open to your clients. When you try to create one more than Starter allows, Booksui stops there and shows the upgrade; upgrading lifts the cap immediately.
- How much does Booksui cost?
- Starter is free with no card; Pro is $29/mo, Studio is $59/mo and Agency is $99/mo, or $290/year, $590/year and $990/year billed yearly. Pro and Studio start with a 14-day free trial, and client payments go into your own Stripe account.
