Can I import from Studio Ninja?

Yes — the import wizard has a Studio Ninja path: export clients, jobs and invoices from Studio Ninja, upload the files, review the mapping, and the jobs arrive in Booksui with their status and dates. Nothing is created until you confirm, and running the same file twice does not duplicate anyone.

How it works

  • HoneyBook and Táve have their own paths in the same wizard; Pixieset, Pic-Time and ShootProof import clients with a link to each existing gallery; any other tool imports by CSV.
  • Custom fields come across as custom fields; you decide which become real fields.
  • Your existing gallery links keep working for past clients until you choose to move them; new deliveries are built in Booksui from then on.

Honest limits

  • Studio Ninja galleries and signed documents are not moved — they stay in Studio Ninja and are linked from the client.
  • The import is a review-and-confirm step, not a live sync; run it again with a fresh export if you keep using both for a while.

Steps

  1. 1Export clients, jobs and invoices from Studio Ninja.
  2. 2Settings → Import → Studio Ninja; upload the files.
  3. 3Review the mapping, confirm, and open your clients.
