How it works
- Wedding, party and tent quotes price chairs, linens, tables and tents by the item, with delivery, setup and pickup on their own lines.
- A final counts questionnaire and a delivery and access questionnaire keep the client’s numbers and the venue’s access on the order.
- An event rental agreement with a damage waiver addendum is there to start from.
- The pickup phase is a checklist for the count back, damage noted and the deposit returned.
Honest limits
- No stock count across orders: availability by item and date is not tracked.
- Galleries exist for every trade but are built around photographs; a rental company will leave them unused.
Steps
- 1Sign up and choose rentals.
- 2Enter your items and delivery prices once.
- 3Send the quote from the inquiry; final counts land on the order.
Related questions
- Does Booksui have contracts with e-signature?
- Yes — a proposal built from your packages becomes a contract with the client’s details filled in; they sign on their phone, and the signed PDF lands on the job. Templates for weddings, portraits, newborns, events, elopements, commercial work, second shooters and model releases ship with the product.
- Is there a free plan?
- No: every plan starts with 14 days on a card, and nothing is charged until they end. Starter, at $12/mo, is the cheapest and holds one job at a time, with the same inbox, contracts, invoices, booking page and galleries as the plans above it.
- How do I get paid by clients?
- Send an invoice that shows the ways you already get paid, and record each payment as it arrives against the job. Add a payment schedule and reminders, and they stop once the balance is paid.
