Does Booksui have contracts with e-signature?

Yes — a proposal built from your packages becomes a contract with the client’s details filled in; they sign on their phone, the deposit is requested on the same page, and the signed PDF lands on the job. Templates for weddings, portraits, newborns, events, elopements, commercial work, second shooters and model releases ship with the product.

How it works

  • Names, dates, venue, amounts and delivery dates fill from the job through merge fields, so nothing is retyped.
  • The signature records the signer, time, IP address and document version; the signed PDF is stored with the contract.
  • The pipeline moves to Booked only when your booking rule is met — by default a signed contract and a paid retainer — not when a PDF went out.
  • An optional AI review reads a contract for missing clauses and inconsistencies and lists them as notes. It never edits the contract itself.

Honest limits

  • Electronic signatures are recognised in most jurisdictions; check your own if you are unsure.
  • Starter includes 5 contracts and 5 proposals; on Pro and above they are unlimited.

Yes — every invoice has a pay page where the client pays by card, and the money goes into your own Stripe account, never through Booksui. Deposits, balances and payment plans all use the same page, and a payment marks the invoice paid on the job.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Starter is free, needs no card and does not expire. It has the same inbox, contracts, invoices, booking page and galleries as the paid plans, with caps on how many.
Does Booksui work for DJs?
Yes — pick DJ as your trade and the pipeline runs inquiry, consultation, proposal, booked, music planning, final details and event day, with the planning meeting as a real phase and the couple’s must-plays and do-not-plays kept on the job. Contracts, the deposit at signing and the shared inbox work the same as for a photographer.
