Does Booksui work for wedding florists?

Yes, pick florist as your trade and the pipeline runs inquiry, consultation, design proposal, booked, design and sourcing, final numbers, install day and strike, with each piece priced on the proposal and its recipe kept on the job. Change the guest count at final numbers and the tables, the wholesale order, your cost and the price are counted again.

How it works

  • The proposal lists personals, ceremony pieces, tables and installs as line items with their own prices, and optional upgrades the couple can tick.
  • Each piece on the job carries its flowers, stems and cost per stem; pieces marked one per table multiply by the table count.
  • The final-numbers phase sends a pieces-and-counts questionnaire, and an install and strike questionnaire asks for the venue’s access times.
  • A floral agreement with a rentals addendum for vases and arches is there to start from.

Honest limits

  • The wholesale order is a list per wedding; Booksui does not place the order with your wholesaler.
  • Galleries exist for every trade but are built around photographs; a florist will mostly leave them unused.
