How do I send large files to a client?

Send a file transfer: a branded download page with an optional password and end date, attached to the client’s record. You can also request files, and the client uploads theirs to you the same way.

How it works

  • A transfer is for files that are not a gallery: video masters, raw files, floor plans, song lists.
  • The page carries your studio’s name and logo, not a stranger’s.
  • Transfers appear on the client’s job so you can find them later.

Honest limits

  • Starter includes 1 file transfers a month; paid plans raise that.
