Three creative business owners reviewing an event floor plan together in a daylight workspace

Floral recipes

Final numbers are one edit, not a spreadsheet

The guest count moves three times before a wedding, and every move changes the table count, the stem order and the margin. In Booksui each piece carries its recipe on the job, and the order, your cost and the price follow the guest count when it changes.

Pieces with recipes

Add the bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and installs; give each its flowers, stems and cost per stem, and its price.

Tables from guests

Set the guests and how many sit at a table; pieces marked one per table multiply by the table count. At 120 guests and ten a table, that is twelve centerpieces; at 150, fifteen.

The wholesale order, with extras

Every flower across every piece is added up into one wholesale order, with the extra stems you allow for breakage, and its cost beside your price.

From the plan to the invoice

Draft the invoice from the plan’s pieces and prices, so the bill matches the final numbers.

How it works

  1. 1Add each piece and its recipe on the job.
  2. 2Set the guests and the table size.
  3. 3Update the guest count at final numbers; the order follows.

Questions

Does the order change when the guest count changes?
Yes. Pieces marked one per table recount with the tables, and the wholesale order, cost and price follow.
Can I allow for breakage?
Yes. Set the extra stems as a percentage and the order includes them.
Is it on Starter?
Yes.
