Client portal
Everything a client needs, in one place they can find
A client who has to search their inbox for the contract, the invoice and the download is a client who writes to ask. Booksui gives each client one private page, opened from a link, where the paperwork, the payments and the deliveries for their job already sit together.
One page, built from the job
The portal is read from the same record as the job, so nothing is copied, re-entered or out of date. When you add an invoice or deliver the work, it appears; when the couple signs, the signed copy is there.
Paperwork, payments and deliveries together
Contracts to read and sign, invoices to pay or mark as paid, deliveries and files to download, and a place to message the studio. Past deliveries stay on the page next to the contract that started the job.
A planner’s event page
For a planner or coordinator, the client’s page also shows the event itself: the timeline and the vendors on the job, shared by the same link.
Your studio’s face, not ours
The pages carry your studio’s name and logo and your accent color. Agency adds a white-label portal for agencies.
How it works
- 1Open a client or job and copy the portal link.
- 2Send it by email, or let an automation send it.
- 3The client opens it on any device and finds everything on their job.
Questions
- Does the client need an account?
- No. The portal opens from a private link, so there is no password to forget and nothing to install.
- Can one client see another client’s job?
- No. A link opens one client’s page and nothing else. Anyone who holds the link can open that page, so send it to the right address.
- Is the client portal on Starter?
- Yes. The client portal is part of Starter, together with deliveries, contracts, invoices and a booking page.
