Photo, video & file delivery

Create galleries from the Galleries section (Delivery → Reels for a videographer). Upload photos and video with drag-and-drop, set a cover image, add captions, and organize with drag-to-reorder. Link galleries to contacts and projects for easy reference.

Choose from 12 gallery themes and 4 layout options (grid, masonry, slideshow, column). Each theme offers different styling for backgrounds, typography, and how photos and video are presented. Preview themes before publishing.

Protect a photo or video gallery with a password that clients enter before viewing. Set expiry dates to automatically disable access after a certain date. Expired galleries can be re-enabled at any time.

Enable favorites and selections to let clients mark the photos and video clips they prefer. Set a selection limit if needed. View and export client selections from the gallery dashboard.

Use file transfers for delivering large files (RAW photos, video footage, design files). Create branded download pages with upload tracking. Files are hosted securely with download link expiry.

Delivery → New gallery, or from the job’s Delivery phase. Upload photos or video, choose the download sizes clients may take, and send the link from the client’s conversation so it is on their thread.

Gallery settings → AI indexing. When on, the gallery can be searched for “first dance” or “the flower girl” by you and by its viewers. It runs per gallery and can be switched off at any time.
