Jobs → Calendar → Calendar feed copies a private link. Subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook and your bookings, events, and due dates show up there; those apps refresh the feed on their own schedule. The feed goes one way, out of Booksui: an event you add there does not block a slot on your booking page.

Clients can securely reschedule from the link in their confirmation email. Booksui rechecks live availability before moving the booking, and the calendar feed picks up the new time. Cancellations remain a studio-managed action today.

Clients receive an automatic confirmation email with the session date, time, location details, and a secure reschedule link. The message uses your studio name and current booking details.

Settings → Session types: set duration, buffer, location and price, and mark the types clients may book themselves. Your page is at booksui.com/book/your-studio; share the link or embed it. A booking arrives with the client record created.

The conversation panel’s Booking context shows whether anything else is on your books that day and whether an external calendar is connected. Click Check on the calendar to open that month. The app never tells a client a date is available; you do.
