Settings had grown into a single page long enough that finding anything meant scrolling and hoping.
Categories and search
Settings are now grouped by area with a side navigation, plus a search box for when you know the name of the thing but not where it lives.
Sensible defaults
A new studio starts with defaults that work, so the first session can be booked without visiting settings at all.
The groups
- Studio: name, trade, logo, accent, address and the details that appear on your letterhead.
- Services and pricing: what you sell, what it costs, and which services are public on your booking page.
- Paperwork: proposal, contract, invoice and questionnaire templates, numbering and tax settings.
- Pipeline and automations: stages, the rules that move leads between them, and the emails and reminders that run on their own.
- Email and domains: the sending name and address your clients see, and a custom domain for client pages.
- Team: members, roles and what each role can touch.
- Billing and data: your Booksui plan, exports and account deletion.
Search
The search box matches setting names, so you can type the thing you want ("logo", "deposit", "reminder") without knowing which group holds it.
Defaults that work on day one
A new studio starts with the pipeline stages for its trade and starter templates for its paperwork. Everything can be changed; nothing has to be before the first booking.
