Use AI to draft professional emails for inquiries, follow-ups, booking confirmations, and more. Provide a brief prompt and the AI generates a polished email matching your brand voice. Edit before sending.

Describe the job and client needs, and AI generates a complete proposal with service descriptions, pricing suggestions, and terms. Review and customize before sending to the client.

Ask AI questions about your business: "What is my average booking size this quarter?" or "Which inquiry sources convert best?" The AI analyzes your data and provides actionable insights.

It is given your calendar for the event date, your packages and price sheet, and the inquiry itself. It may not claim a date is available, offer to hold one, name a price or inclusion that is not on your sheet, or repeat the client’s budget as a price. It treats the client’s text as data: instructions inside a message are ignored. The draft is shown as “Suggested draft, not sent” with a note of what it was allowed to use.

Settings → AI control. What the assistant may do on its own is set there; reply drafts and contract review in any trade, from a DJ’s to a planner’s, and gallery indexing for photographers, are each used by choice, and the product works fully without them.
